The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is committed to making sure that every Choctaw student is successful in their educational career. As our students excel in school, the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma wants to make sure they are rewarded. Choctaw members who are currently enrolled in grades 2nd through 12th are eligible to join the STAR Program.
To complete this section, you will need the following information:
- Student Information: (Name, Address, Phone Number, etc.)
- Parent Information: (Name, Email, Phone Number, etc.)
- School Information: (School Name, School District, Address, etc.)
Fall Semester: December 1st - March 1st
Spring Semester: May 1st - September 1st
STAR enrollment consists of the following types: Individual Status and Coordinated Status.
Many schools or districts in Oklahoma have an On-Site STAR Coordinator that handles the enrollment, transferring out of their district, and marking of the students qualified awards. This application is not required for coordinated students attending any of these schools
